Tubi Unveils Thrilling December Lineup Featuring Arizona’s Own Miah Blake in “Toxic Harmony”

Los Angeles, CA – December 3, 2024 – Are you ready for a thriller? Tubi has announced its highly anticipated thriller movie lineup for December, and it includes a standout performance by Arizona’s own Miah Blake. Miah, also known by her stage name BLVKE, will be starring as the sultry V Shaw in “Toxic Harmony,” directed by the acclaimed Kevin Arbouet and will be released December 6, 2024, on Tubi.

“Toxic Harmony” delves into the cutthroat music industry, following the journey of a singer who, after parting ways with her girl group, finds both fame and danger when she captures the attention of a powerful but mysterious record label executive.

BLVKE, an alt R&B artist with roots in Phoenix and Los Angeles, is a graduate of AMDA College of the Performing Arts. Her passion for dance and performance began at a young age, inspired by icons like Janet Jackson. At 18, she moved to LA to pursue her dreams as a singer and dancer, eventually discovering a love for acting. Her breakthrough came with a principal role in ABC’s “The Little Mermaid Musical Live,” where she performed alongside Queen Latifah and John Stamos.

BLVKE’s recent credits include the BET movie “TWICE BITTEN,” The Oscars 2022 Beyoncé’s Performance- “Be Alive”, Drake’s music video for “POPSTAR” featuring DJ Khaled, and the national tour of Disney Jr. Dance Party as Doc McStuAins. She also starred in the Amazon Prime series “BREAKARATE.” Additionally, she has graced the stages of some of LA’s most iconic venues, including the House of Blues on Sunset, Club Jete, The Mint, and Catalina Jazz Club.
