February 2025 #TrashTag Cleanup w/ East Valley NAACP & Keep Tempe Beautiful – Tempe Town Lake

February 22 at 7:30am Start Time, (3) 1hr Cleanup Shifts – 8am to 9am, 9am to 10am, 10am to 11am

Tempe Town Lake (Keep Tempe Beautiful will be on the north shore, in the area next to the Mill Ave bridge. Enter thru East Curry/Washington St)

Join Keep Tempe Beautiful as it partners with the East Valley NAACP for a Membership Drive and to Celebrate Black History Month and Black Excellence on Saturday, February 22 to clean up Tempe Town Lake.

Here is more information on what we will be working on:

Tempe Town Lake (We will be on the north shore, in the area next to the Mill Ave bridge. Enter thru East Curry/Washington St):

o Trash and litter

Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat. Your time slot will start and end on time; we won’t ask you to stay longer.

There is no minimum age to participate in this event and we will have staff on-site to sign any documents for community service requirements.

1 Hour Shifts – 3 Shifts in Total: 8am-9am, 9am-10am, 10am-11am.
