We Had a Time at the Arizona Invitational Black Rodeo 2023 at WestWorld of Scottsdale on Labor Day Weekend

The Black Rodeo USA Association and The Arizona Informant newspaper hosted an exciting weekend of bull riding, tie down roping, steer wrestling, steer undecorating and barrel racing on September 1-2 at WestWorld of Scottsdale!

The atmosphere was electric at the Arizona Black Rodeo as thousands of fans flocked to the the Tony Nelssen Equestrian Center to watch the African American rodeo competitors battle for cash prizes!

The crowd also provided plenty of entertainment in the stands! Attendees enjoyed dancing and singing to the great soulful music played by the DJ! The Arizona Black Rodeo continues to hold down its status as one of the great Black community traditions in the Grand Canyon State!
