Alpha Alpha Iota Omega Chapter received the Graduate Chapter Achievement Award at the conference. The award recognizes the outstanding chapter for contributions and community service as well as individual attainment of the membership. The chapter serves cities in Maricopa County and boasts a membership of 58 members.
Alpha Alpha Iota Omega membership is composed of doctors, nurses, educators, professors, lawyers, engineers, business entrepreneurs, city managers, philanthropists, directors and a college president. Service levels include golden members (50 years of service), silver star members (25 years of service) and life membership.
Alpha Alpha Iota Omega is delighted and honored to be recognized for the work that we do in the community we love. It was a challenge to reach our target service levels during a pandemic. We had to pivot on many occasions to rise to the challenge of service to our community. We look forward to serving the community in a greater capacity with in-person activities in the future.
