If you want to submit news and events to PhxSoul.com, please fill out the form below.
We strongly encourage you to send your event information at least 10 days before your event.
If you are sending an e-mail about an event that you are hosting, PLEASE be sure to include a text description featuring the title of the occasion, date, location, time and any special/featured guests. All events must have a physical location or they will not be published.
You are also welcome to attach documents, graphics or photos to the e-mail (up to 1 MB, .jpg or .gif format preferred).
Your news and events should be relevant to the African American community in the Phoenix metropolitan area. However, people of ALL races are encouraged to submit news and events to PhxSoul.com.
Please allow up to three days for PhxSoul.com to post your information on our Website and/or Calendar.
Pay for a Social Media Package!
Did you know that you can pay PhxSoul.com to regularly promote your event on our Social Media channels?
If you choose to pay for a Social Media package, PhxSoul.com will schedule multiple Facebook posts and Tweets about your event. PhxSoul.com has nearly 20,000 followers on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter so your donation will gain tremendous exposure!
You can click on the PayPal button (below) to make your payment. You may give whatever your budget will allow.
Social Media Packages (New Prices as of Nov. 7, 2022):
- Free – Your event will be posted on PhxSoul.com but NO social media promotion
- $50 – 10 Tweets and 1 Facebook post every week before your event occurs
- $100 – 20 Tweets and 1 Facebook post every week; 1 Instagram post per month before your event occurs
- $150 – 30 Tweets and 1 Facebook post, 1 Instagram post every week before your event occurs
If you make a payment, your event will automatically be listed as a “Featured Event” on PhxSoul.com and our Events Calendar.
Again, if you do not have the means to make a payment, PhxSoul.com will still publish your submission at no cost. However, your submission will not be mentioned on our social media networks.
